Construction of shopping mall in Zvezdara starts

Israeli Aviv Arlon started in mid-November construction of the shopping mall in Zvezdara, eKapija finds out in the company.

- We started retail park construction on 13.000 m2. We signed contracts with 80% renters. The shopping mall will comprise a hyper market on 2.500 m2, apparel and footwear clothes, drugstores, cosmetics saloons, exchange offices and other facilities, while the so-called "food court" will be at the last floor –Danka Gladovic, Marketing Manager at Aviv Arlon says for eKapija.

Unlike the shopping mall of this company in Pancevo, designed as a retail park, i.e. outdoor complex, the mall in Zvezdara will be a classical shopping mall.

- We are planning the works to end in the fall or winter 2015 so visitors will be able to buy at this shopping mall in the winter 2015 or the spring 2016 – our collocutor mentions.

Aviv Arlon Zvezdara shopping mall will be located at Zivka Davidovica street, no.86. This is just the first stage at the location since the Israeli company is planning residential block construction as well.

The works on two entrances with 70 flats are underway.

Israeli Aviv Arlon has been present in Serbia since 2007. It invested in the construction of the first retail park in Pancevo.
