No one is interested in buying 100 a in Zlatibor

No one applied for the purchase of 100 a of land in Zlatbor, it was confirmed to Blic at the mill Impol Seval which owns the lot.

Deadline for the purchase of 10.272 m2 of land in Zlatibor expired yesterday and the mill said there were no buyers and that they halted sales.

- We will not extend deadline. The company will remain the owner, we do not have to sell it at any price – Nino Tesic, GM at the mill said for Blic.

The company whose owner if Slovenian Impol announced the sale of the land at the price of EUR 22.000 per are which is EUR 3.000 less than the Tax directorate estimated it.

Within the land, Impol Seval has the President hotel as well but the real estate with 70 a of lot is not for sale.
