Banjaluka to get shopping mall totalling EUR 30 m (PHOTO)

The spring 2015 will see the construction of the biggest shopping mall in Banja Luka. The facility on 55.000 m2, where KM 60 m (EUR 30 m) will be poured, will be located at the city center, the investor, Nenad Luburić, owner of Banja Luka-based Ideal kompani", said for eKapija.

The City mall on three floors will comprise the most famous world and local fashion brands, catering facilities, congress hall, a movie, indoor swimming pools and different entertainment facilities. Parking with 600 places will be located in the three underground levels.

- The investor is Ideal kompani and an EU fund where the negotiations are in the final stage – Luburic said.

Recreation and entertainment space as well fast food restaurants will be located at the last floor and an open terrace will have a view over the city park. All those people who enjoy healthy life will have room for themselves here since we were planning a fitness and spa center. A glass roof which will enable natural light will be a special feature in the new shopping mall.

- There is also a pool hall and a bowling hall, as well as casino. It is interesting we will offer accommodation in a four-star hotel – Luburic says.
