"Centrotextil" sold to Swiss company for 18.9m EUR

Privatization Agency has signed the contract with Swiss company "Home art & Sales Services" (part of Zepter corporation) on sale of Belgrade-based trade company "Centrotextil".

The new owner of "Centrotextil" will give 18.9m EUR for takeover of 68.4% of assets of that company. The contracted investment program is worth 3m EUR. In addition to the minimal obligations, the buyer promised to accept certain additional obligations from the social program. Two more bids have been delivered on the tender for procurement of "Centrotextil", but the offer of the Swiss company was the most favorable.
