Bajatovic: Necessary Quantities of Gas Until End of Heating Season Secured

The director of Srbijagas, Dusan Bajatovic, stated yesterday that the necessary quantities of gas until the end of the heating season had been secured.

– Around 350 million cubic meters is stored in Hungary, Banatski Dvor is full – 270 million cubic meters. The Russians will store their part of the gas of 270 million cubic meters by the end of September – Bajatovic said for TV Prva.

He said that Serbia was doing everything in its power to import coal, because EPS had a problem with coal excavation.

– We have also imported considerable quantities of mazut – Bajatovic added.

He said that the citizens of Serbia would suffer “minimal” damage if 15% electrical energy was saved.
