Dyukov: Gazpromneft Interested in a Share in Petrohemija

Gazpromneft is interested in buying a share in the Serbian Petrohemija, if it is privatized, the company’s director, Alexander Dyukov told Sputnik.

– Yes, we are interested – Dyukov said when asked about it by the press within the forum Russian Energy Week.

When asked what share the Russian company is interested in, he said that it depended on the share proposed by the Serbian side.

The controlling stock in Petrohemija belongs to the Republic of Serbia and amounts to 75%.

NIS, whose majority owner is Gazprom, has 21%, whereas Lukoil has 3%.
