Over 7 Hectares of Land up for Sale in Central Business Zone of New Belgrade – Property of Nova Livnica to be Auctioned

The Deposit Insurance Agency, as the bankruptcy supervisor of Beobanka, has put the property of Nova Livnica in New Belgrade up for sale.

The lot includes 11 facilities in the central business zone of New Belgrade, whose area is larger than 38,000 square meters and which are located on parcels of building land with a total area of 7.37 hectares, as well as the equipment. The biggest facility is a metalworking industry building – a foundry with 35,400 square meters.

The initial price is EUR 21.5 million.

The property is sold through direct bidding, with the possibility of electronic augmentation of the bids.

A compressor station, a casting factory, an air dryer, an oiling station and other facilities are also part of the offer.

The public opening of the bids will be held on August 2, 2021.
