Luxury Complex of Villas With Spa Center Under Construction Near Belgrade – Avalske Doline to be Completed in 2021

A luxury complex called Avalske Doline is being built in the weekend settlement located between the Avala Road and Vrcin. It was designed to provide peace for a modern man and bring him back in touch with the nature, while not being too far away from the city, representative Danijela Sekularac says for eKapija.

The completion of the construction works is planned for June 2021.

– The project consists of four separate residential five-room buildings with 244 m2 of usable area. The facility consists of a house, a spa center, a technical room and a garage on 15.5 ares. Next to the house are two outdoor pools – Sekularac says.

Each house has four bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom, with a closet and a bathroom. It also features an open-space-concept living room with a kitchen and a dining room.

The house is connected with an outdoor summer kitchen and covered balconies.

– The house also features three bathrooms, a storage room and a joint closet. A footbridge connects an additional facility which features a spa center, and there's a special passageway to the garage – Sekularac says.

The architects are Nebojsa Popovic and Dusan Jovanovic, whereas the interior architecture was designed by Dragana Gobelic.
