Lawyers’ strike delays trial for Beohemija Inhem

On Monday, a hearing before the Trade Court in Zrenjanin was not held where trustees should have state their opinion of the reorganization plan of Beohemija – Inhem.

The hearing was not held for process and formal reasons, due to halt in lawyers’ work and the next one was not scheduled for the same reasons. The assigned judge and the president of the Trade Court, Radomir Radojcic, promise to schedule the hearing the moment lawyers start working.

Majority owner of the plant for production of liquid and powder detergents, Zeljko Zunic, who appeared at the court, did not hide his dissatisfaction with the fact that reorganization plan implementation, in integral form delivered in early July, has not started yet.
