OMA Emirates is interested in investing
in retail, real estate and IT sectors in the upcoming period, the Executive
Manager at OMA Group, Niranj Sangal announced.
- There is an opportunity in Serbia for a number of investments. We are here to
see where we can invest – Sangal said at the press conference..
Company representatives announced that the group is locally present through OMA Adriatic d.o.o, which will be the owner of this investment cycle in the region primarily through investing in IT in order to use Serbian market potential to the fullest.
- The company is interested in development
at local and regional markets and a few projects which have been in preparation
will be headquartered in Belgrade – the Managing Board member at OMA Adriatic, Branislav Radomirovic said.
According to him, OMA Emirates started its operations in Serbia in 2013 and the
company provides acquiring services.
OMA Emirates is UAE-based and represents a member of Al Owais – group of companies
owned by the Al Owais family.
It currently has its operations in Qatar, Morocco, Yemen, Oman, Sri Lanka,
Nepal and Serbia.
