Rekreaturs Prag hotel and Novosadska fabrika kabela under hammer

The Agency for Privatization of Serbia has released today a public call for letters of interest for privatization of Rekreaturs from Belgrade, Novosadska fabrika kabela and the Prag hotel in Belgrade.

The interested investors should deliver pricing proposals, investment program, business plan framework and headcount number in the company they want to acquire.

Deadline for submission of letters of interests is November 7, 2014.

The new Law on privatization which became effective as o August 13, privatization of state-owned capital in companies should end by the end of 2015.

A total of 1.700 letters of interested investors were delivered after the call of the Agency for Privatization published August 15 for sale of 502 companies.
