Stocks of "Centroproizvod" on Belgrade Stock Exchange on April 16

The first trade in stocks of company "Centroproizvod" on the Belgrade Stock Exchange is scheduled for April 16 at the starting price of 786 RSD per stock.

Total of 2,906,608 stocks will appear on the outside stock exchange and they will be sold by the method of the best price. The orders for sale and purchase of stocks can be issued by Tuesday, April 10.

Food-processing company "Centroproizvod" realized net profit in amount of 142.5m RSD in 2006, which is about 15% more than in the previous year. The majority package of stocks, that is, 51.6% of stocks of "Centroproizvod", is owned by company "Centro hrana" from Belgrade, the Share Fund is the owner of somewhat less than 15% of stocks, while 13.4% of stocks belong to Centroproizvod.
