Offer for shares takeover at Luka Dunav announced

Majority owner at Pancevo-based Luka Dunav, Belgrade-based, DM Grain-Corn, announced the offer for takeover of the remaining share package of 13,87%.
The offer was sent to small shareholders ‘addresses, according to the Central registry 562 of them, and the share price totals RSD 7.414.
The offer was opened October 2 and will last until October 22.
It is interesting to mention that the second and the third biggest
shareholders are the Oil Industry of Serbia with 3,36% of shares and HIP
Petrohemija in restructuring with 2,21% of shares. Otherwise, ownership papers
of Luka Dunav are traded at the Open Market of the Belgrade Stock Market, Sinteza
Invest Group reports.
In the middle of last week, the price went up for over 9% to RSD 7.000 so according
to last price, COMPANY’S market capitalization
totals RSD 1,27 billion (nearly EUR 10,74 m).
Company’s business profit at the end of 2013 totaled RSD 395,1 m while net
income decreased by 70% to RSD 97,8 m.
