Erste Bank completed takeover of Croatian "Diners Club Adriatic" – final price amounts to 149.6m EUR

Erste Bank from Vienna has completed the takeover of 100% of stocks of company Diners Club Adriatic (DCA), one of the leading card companies in Croatia. Final price amounts to 149.6m EUR.

At the regular meeting of the Assembly of stockholders, the new members of the Supervisory Board have been selected. The Deputy President of the Administration of Erste&Steiermarkische Bank Rijeka (ESB), Tomislav Vuić, has been appointed to the position of the President of the Supervisory Board of DCA. Petar Kisbenedek, former financial manager of Erste Bank, has been appointed for his deputy. Jack Stack , Damir Bronić and Marijan Kostrenčić have been selected for the members of the Supervisory Board.
