By the setup of EPS Trgovanje in Slovenia, the Electric Power Industry of Serbia can trade in electricity in EU.

EPS will first start direct trading at the stock market in Hungary; it was said today for Tanjug in the energy company.

EPS Trgovanje in Slovenia which is an EU member will strengthen the EPS’s position at the regional electricity market and trading in region will also be easier, the company says.

This will make electricity trading more efficient with maximization of profit and electricity supply costs reduction in Serbia, EPS says and adds that all electric companies have similar branch offices.

As EPS outlines, current management is market-oriented, inclined to modern business and profit in electricity wholesale and therefore it decided to set up EPS Trgovanje in Slovenia.
