Ukrainians want a part of FAP – Offers for Priboj-based Fabrika sedista as well

The Ukrainian company operating in production of combine components delivered the letter of intentions for privation of one part of Fabrika automobila Priboj, Blic finds out.

Although it is kept secret, from FAP the information came that the company is a partner to the biggest world brands in agricultural machinery industry. It hastwo plants – one in Ukraine and the other one in Germany which supplement each other with production program.

They are planning to open the third one in Priboj which would, as it wasstated, hire 100 people.
- They are interested in the department which is not in company’s busines splans, Sisu Auto from Finland, almost definitely the future owner of FAP. It is the hall located at the ground floor of administrative company’s building, a part of former mechanical processing which is the oldest department in FAP complex –the source of Blic says.

A few offers, Blic finds out, arrived for Priboj-based Fabrika sedista as well, a company also in the restructuring process. An Italian company which produces motor vehicles and train seats is the most serious among potential buyers.
