Sale of the Jezero hotel in Smederevska Palanka due October 15

Erste bank announced the sale of the Jezero hotel in Smederevska Palanla through public bidding , and based on the decision of the executor, Ivana Petrovic.

The real estate is defined at RSD 62, 46 m. The initial price at bidding scheduled for October 15, 2014, is 30% of the estimated value.

Gross area of the land under the facility totals some 441 square meters, and total facility area is 668 m2.

Erste bank has, as a mortgage trustee, already tried to sell real estate through direct deal.
