Company "Delta" interested in "Simpo"

Shortly before the forthcoming tender sale of the State-owned package of stocks of "Simpo", the rumors are being spread in the south of Serbia that the owner of Belgrade-based “Delta”, Miroslav Mišković, is interested in the company owned by Dragomir Tomić.

The people from "Delta" confirmed that the talks with the representatives of “Simpo” about purchase of retailing facilities of "Si market" were close to end. Whether "Delta" will take over State-owned package of stocks of the company from Vranje will be known in one month.

Regarding the announcements that Mišković should soon become the new owner of "Simpo", the people from this company carefully point out that it is still early to talk about potential buyers because the privatization councilor has been selected only recently. Vice President of "Simpo", Budimir Mihajlović, said that quicker privatization lay ahead of that company.

- Belgrade-based broker company “Citadel” has been selected for the privatization councilor of "Simpo". The method for privatization of the part of stocks owned by the State will be known in month and half – said Mihajlović.
