American Intel to buy a stake in two Chinese companies

American producer of semi-conductors, Intel, will pour USD 1, 5 billion in two Chinese companies which produce mobile phone spare parts.

In the announcement of the Californian company, it is stated that it will take over a stake of 20% in a holding which owns Chinese companies, Spreadtrum Communications and RDA Microelectronics, France press agency reports.

Transaction should end early next year and the Chinese companies ar specialized in production of mobile devices components of the second, third and fourth generation.
