The Minister of International Economic Relations of Serbia and Montenegro, Predrag Ivanovic, signed, in Belgrade, a Cooperation Agreement with the Nordic Investment Bank (NIB). NIB is interested in investing into SCG’s projects from the fields of: infrastructure, energy sources, ecology, research and development. "NIB will impart SCG with concession and investment credits and SCG must first decide on the projects that are to be financed.
