Strabag to acquire firms taken from Djuraskovic

Austrian Strabag wants to acquire road companies the government took from Milo Djuraskovic and which employ 900 people, Blic finds out.

Strabag delivered to the Agency for Privatization the offer for takeover of PZP Beograd and Vojvodinaput-Backaput. Until November 2011, Milo Djuraskovic, the owner of Nibens group accused for misdealing and tax evasion in road companies, was managing both companies. Then, both companies got the status of companies in restructuring.
