The end of the year to see Cacanska banka go private

President of the Executive Board at Cacanska banka, Dragan Jovanovic, said on Wednesday September 24, 2014, in Cacak the privatization process of the bank has entered into the final stage and that it should end until the end of the year.

At the press conference upon 58 years of the bank, he said that tender for the sale of 76,74 state-owned shares was advertised in late October last year and that tender procedure should end by the end of the year.

Jovanovic added that he cannot speak about the details of the privatization for the protection of all participants in the process which is still ongoing.
