"Agrobanka" announced invitation for registration of stocks from the fourth issue

Agricultural bank "Agrobanka" from Belgrade has announced the prospectus with the public invitation for registration and payment of the fourth issue of stocks of that bank. Total nominal value of stocks from the fourth issue amounts to 2 billion RSD, while the total number of stocks that will be issued amounts to 200,000.

Nominal value of single stock is 10,000 RSD. The selling price for the stockholders who have priority will amount to 32,000 RSD, while the other interested investors will have to pay 35,000 RSD per stock.

The period for registration and payments for the stockholders who have priority will last from April 5 to April 25, while the period for registration and payments for all others commences on April 26 and ends on May 4, 2007.

The major stockholders of "Agrobanka", according to the data of the Central Registry, are Republic of Serbia with 10.9%, "Hypo-Alpe Adria Bank" with 7.12%, "Raiffeisen bank" with 3.2%, company "IBT" with 2.9% and "East capital asset" with 2.8% of stocks.
