Helicopter Rescue Unit to be formed, help in traffic accidents, initiative given by Austrian "Human consult"?

Help to the persons injured in traffic accidents on the roads of Serbia and Montenegro will soon be arriving from - above. Forming of specialized helicopter-medical unit is underway.

Initiative for this project has been given by Austrian company that announced that it could provide €65m worth of credit from the World Bank for its realization. Unofficially, "Austrian company" is consulting company "Human consult" from Medling near Vienna. Its majority owner is Croatian businessman Krunoslav Hirc. "Human consult" implemented similar project in Croatia. Krunoslav Hirc has been operating successfully in Austria for some twenty years. He was also the first man of "Geofizika".

There were 66,344 traffic accidents in Serbia in 2004 and 954 persons lost their lives, whereas even 17,000 persons were injured. Besides Corridor 10, helicopter rescue units will be responsible for "all roads in the country". According to the plan, 6 helicopter points should be build on the territory of SCG, 4 of which in Serbia and 1 in Montenegro and 1 in Kosovo and Metohia.

The first man of AMSS (Motor Association of Serbia) says that the management of "Human consult" mentioned possibility of founding of new company in Belgrade, which would provide urgent medical aid from "above".
