Srbijagas will have to split activities - Reorganization plan ready

Vice President of the Government, Zorana Mihajlovic, has announced today that the Government has still not received the plan for reform of Srbijagas which will, in line with EU directives, have to split activities.

- If all the company in energy, starting from EPS, split their activities, Srbijagas will have to do it as well – Mihajlovic said to journalists in Media center where she was speaking at the meeting of inclusion of organizations of civil society into the process of regulations adoption.

Upon the journalists ‘statement that Srbijagas says they delivered to the Government the company reorganization plan and the question whether the plan satisfies criteria which she as the minister of energy was promoting, Mihajlovic said Serbia no longer can be uncompliant with the EU directives which are very clear.

According to her, it definitely means division of activities, complete change of relation between a mother company and so-called daughter companies which “have been added” to Srbijagas for years.
