Agrokor provides data for the approval of capital concentration in Serbia

Croatian consortium Agrokor, which in early September became an owner of 80,75% stake at Slovenian trade chain Mercator, delivered to the Commission for competition protection in Serbia within the defined deadline required data for the approval of ownership concentration in our country, the Commission said for Tanjug.

Agrokor in Serbia was approved capita concentration with the acquisition of Slovenian company, Poslovni sistem Mercator d.d, as previously announced by the Commission provided that it sells 21 shops.

In the announcement of the Commission delivered to Tanjug, they say Agrokor delivered report with all the data referring to Agrokor’s Idea within the deadline.

The Commission points out that, having in mind Agrokor’s business interests during implementation of defined structural measures, “protected “data which refer to deadline to implement structural measures which is why they are not available to the public.
