Montenegrins issued three licenses for wireless Internet services - "Telekom Srbije" and Dutch "Ogalar" offered highest price

Telecommunication Agency of Montenegro accepted three of total of four delivered offers on the tender for allotment of licenses for supply of services of wireless Internet.
The offers of the consortium of "Telekom Srbije" and Dutch company "Ogalar" have been accepted, as well as the offer of company "Broadband Montenegro" and "T-Mobile Crna Gora".
The highest grade, 98.83 points, was given to the offer of Serbian-Dutch Consortium, while the offer of "Broadband" got 59.92 points and "T-Mobile" got 44.71 points.
Consortium of "Telekom Srbije" and "Ogalara" also obtained the license for the third mobile operator in Montenegro.
Let us remind, company "Ogalar" was founded by Serbian company "Delta", of which owner is Miroslav Mišković. Serbian-Dutch Consortium offered 1.05m EUR, "Broadband" offered 275,000, while "T-Mobile" offered minimal amount of only 172,500 EUR.
