Anrast Investment acquires Mitrovica - based valve industry for RSD 1,275m

Last week, Sremska Mitrovica-based Anrast Investment acquired the industry of valves in Mitrovica in bankruptcy as a legal entity for RSD 1,275 m.

Since the offer is 50% lower than the estimated value which totals RSD 10,569 m, the approval of the Board of trustees of the company in bankruptcy was required. The Board approved the sales, it was published at the Agency for Privatziation.
