- On Friday, September 12, 2014, a part of Slovenian "AHA Mura", received confirmation that the owner of Slovenian company, Mojca Lukancic, provided funds for capital increase so the work will be completed in the next few days and that the staff will start working on Monday (September 15, 2014) – it was stated in the announcement.

The fact that Slovenian company is in bankruptcy additionally complicated capital increase process.

AHA Mura which owns Pirot-based AHA Mura Prvi maj Pirot with the Decision of the County court in Murska Sobota went bankrupt in late May this year due to debts of mother company to Tax administration in Slovenia and since Pirot-based plant with more than 1.300 people is a daughter company of AHA Mura, it automatically became a part of bankruptcy mass so the faith of Pirot-based plant and the staff was insecure.
