Milan Popovic acquires Vrsacki vinogradi

Serbian businessman, Milan Popovic, delivered to the Agency for Privatization a letter of intention for the acquiction of Vrsacki vinogradi, Blic reports.

Blic reports that Popovic who was born in Vrsac, is ready to purchase the entire property at Vrsacki vinogradi, to keep the existing number of the employees, invest and develop production as well as that it is ready to continue with the rent of state-owned land which Vrsacki vinogradi uses on 1200 ha.

The source of Blic says that Popovic would buy Vrsacki vinogradi thorough Vrsac-based Celanova capital. According to the data of the Agency for business registries, in 2013, the company which employed five people is Amdico International from Cyprus.
