Only Russian investors interested in enterprise "Majevica holding"

The bid for procurement of enterprise "Majevica holding" from Bačka Palanka on the tender has been delivered only by Russian company "Zao tehnika servis" from Voronjež.

The Privatization Agency of Serbia will evaluate the bid within 30 days and present it to the Commission. Holding company "Majevica" is made of five stockholding companies and the Agency sells 51.05% of assets.

"Majevica" deals with production of machine tools and half of production is, for a long series of years, intended for export.
