Zeljko Sertic – newly-appointed Minister of Trade

The Assembly of Serbia parliament members have appointed today Zeljko Sertic the Minister of Trade with 178 votes.

At the beginning of the meeting, the first vice president of the Government of Serbia, Ivica Dacic, explaining the suggestion for the new minister, said that Sertic is expected to generate good plan for Serbian economy revival.

The newly-appointed Minister of Trade, Zeljko Sertic, announced that in the very short period of time, he will present clear plan and priorities of the Ministry of Trade.

Sertic said that the work of the Ministry of Trade will focus on three pillars, on development of the existing companies, set up of new and end of companies ‘privatizations, among which 502 companies in restructuring.

The new minister of trade of Serbia announced he will present the strategy for public companies, outlining that his attitudes are clear and that he will do what he was speaking about as the President of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
