European Agency for Rehabilitation invest more than 3m EUR in development of north Kosmet

European Agency for Rehabilitation (EAR) will held the development of private entrepreneurship in the north of Kosovo with total of 3.2m EUR through the grants of 40,000 – 200,000 EUR.

The donations can be used by the private entrepreneurs in municipalities of Kosovska Mitrovica, Zvečani, Vučitrn, Zubin Potok and Leposavić, and the funds are provided by European Commission.

The advantage will be given to the projects related to processing of agricultural products and industrial revitalization. At the same time, 800,000 EUR have been set aside for the help and advice to the users of the funds. The Manager for western Balkans in European Commission, Pierre Mirell, said that the resolving of the status would make it possible for Kosovo to enter contracting obligations with the international financial institutions, which is the key factor of development.
