Deadline for delivery of offers for procurement of "Savremena administracija" prolonged

The Privatization Agency of Serbia has announced that the deadline for delivery of bids on the tender for sale of Belgrade-based company "Savremena administracija" has been changed from April 25 to May 4, 2007. The deadline for purchase of tender documentation has also been prolonged until April 3.

The tender for sale of 68.94% of assets of "Savremena administracija" was announced on February 26 and the companies that deal with the publishing of books, brochures, music books and other publication for at least three years and whose income in 2006 amounted to not less than 5m EUR have the right to submit the offer.

The offer can also be delivered by the financial investors who had business assets larger than 30m EUR or income of at least 15m EUR in 2006.
