Late November latest to see dividend pays to NIS shareholders

The Oil Industry of Serbia informed investment public that the approved dividend will be paid to shareholders by November this year latest.

At the meeting held August 26 this year, the Board of Directors made Decision on method, day and process of dividend pay. As it has been known, in late June, the company shareholder assembly approved the dividend payment totaling RSD 80,2 gross per share (RSD 68,2 net).
