In 1H 2014, foreign companies start projects totaling EUR 240 m

Through the investments of 15 foreign companies and reinvestments of 12 more which started in 1H 2014, a total of EUR 240 m will be invested and 4.725 new hires will be available, the Provincial Secretary for trade and employment has announced today.

At the same time, 15 new investment projects to be implemented in the next three years totaling EUR 157 m was agreed, it was stated in the announcement.

At the same time, 15 foreign companies started implementation of the investment projects in Vojvodina and they signed the contracts on land lease or facilities or business memorandums on investing of EUR 16m and opening more than 2800 hires in the next three years.

The implementation of three investment projects started in Sremska Mitrovica and Suboica, two in Novi Sad, one in Senta, Ruma, Becej, Zrenjanin, Sombor, Vrsac and Kikinda.
