Tax Directorate head resigns

The head of the Tax Directorate of Serbia, Aleksandar Miljkovic, resigned two months after being appointed at the function, Beta agency finds out.

His deputy, Marko Marinkovic, has been replacing him for ten days now.

The Government of Serbia appointed Miljkovic the head of the Tax Directorate June 19 this year. Until then, he worked at the auditing-consulting company, PricewaterhouseCoopers.

He replaced Ljiljana Kovacevic who was the acting head after the former head, Ivan Simic, resigned.
