Germany approves EUR 140 m in donations and easy loans to Serbia by the end of 2014
By the end of the year, Germany is planning to approve EUR 140 m to Serbia through donations and easy loans, the Prime Minister, Aleksandar Vucic, has said today in Berlin after the meeting the German Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development, Gerd Miller.
When addressing the journalist after the meeting, Vucic said that this is the key address and that the discussion with the German Minister Miller was extremely important for Serbia.
The topic of the meeting was the support in grants and easy loans which Germany is planning for Serbia by the end of the year totaling EUR 140 m and they also discussed topics in energy , utility services and agriculture.
Vucic outlined he asked for the support of Miller for projects in education ,especially of the youth as well as for the entrepreneurial development projects
Serbian Prime Minister will discuss with the World Bank representatives in the afternoon.
On Thursday, August 28, 2014, Berlin will host the Conference on West Balkans.
The Federal Councilor , Angela Merkel will, after participating July 15 in Dubrovnik at the Summit of the West Balkan countries 'heads within the Brdo-Brioni process, ill host heads of governments, ministers of foreign affairs and economy of the six West Balkans countries as well as Croatia and Slovenia which are EU members.
