They are taking off the roof from the Beko's building - Lamda development is finishing preparation works for the construction of luxurious complex in Belgrade

The citizens of Dorcol have finally seen the workers on the construction site existing for a long time at the lot of the Beko's plant. As Novosti found out from the Greek investor, Lamda divelopment, these are the final preparation works while the construction start date has still remained unknown.

Although the preparations were carried out within the lot, far away from the public, passengers could not avoid seeing the workers who walk on the roof of the former textile industry giant's building.

Lets us remind ourselves that the court procedure between Greek and Beko's shareholders, has been in progress because allegedly, contract terms have not been fulfilled and which refer that none of the lots is in the court procedure. However, the case existed between the Army of Serbia and Beko which ended in favor of the textile producer. However, during the process, the investor claims he did not have a free access to the entire lot and asks for compensation. The process end is expected in the fall when the first workers' helmets may be seen.
