Gornji Milanovac – based cookware producer Metalac has distributed own shares to the company’s workers and manager as it was earlier planned.

The company managed to buy back 21,016 shares (2.06% of issued) on the back of public offer launched in March this year. These shares were bought at a price of RSD 2,420 per share. Metalac remains among rare domestic companies majority owned by its management and workers, "Wise Broker" reports.
