Vojvođanska banka will appear on the Stock Exchange with its stocks on March 27, 2007. The indicative price of one stock of that bank is 16,307 RSD.
In September 2006, the National Bank of Greece bought the package of 99.43% of stocks of Vojvođanska banka by paying exactly 16,307 RSD per stock, that is, 385m EUR for the entire package.
The package of about 0.5% of stocks, which will most probably be the subject of the trading on the Stock Exchange, is owned by 550 companies. That list of minor stockholders includes Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS), "Apatinska pivara" Brewer, Pension and Disability Insurance Fund, "Matroz" and PIK "Bečej".
Mostly all of the banks that obtained the majority owners were reorganized into the closed stockholding companies and withdrew from the Stock Exchange, but the condition for that is that the total number of stockholders be smaller than 100.
