Overhaul of RSDS 222 m at thermal power plant, Morava start

The overhaul works on the thermal power plant Morava in Svilajnac, comprised within TENT, started. It was in late in September, TENT published at its official site.

- We will carry out necessary examinations so that we could see the needs for capital overhaul in 2015- the GM at Thermal power plant Morava, Marija Stevanovic pointed out.

This year’s planned overhaul works totals more than RSD 222 m

As of the beginning of the year, the Morava thermal power plant produced 369.948 MWh of electricity thus reaching the plan with 76, 12%. Due to coal lack from open pit mines, the electricity did not work 306 hours, it worked at cold reserve regime for 337 hours. Even apart from the fact it did not reach the plan, the Morava hydro power plant significantly contributed to stability of electrical and energy system, especially in the most difficult days of EPS in time of the May floods, it was added in the announcement of TENT.
