Call for privatization of 502 companies by August 15

On Friday, August 15, the Agency for Privatization will publish on its intranet page, www.priv.rs , an invitation to collect letters of interest of investors for privatization of 502 companies with dependant legal entities, in line with the new Law on Privatization which has become effective today.

As the Agency stated today, the announcement on Public call will at the same time be published at the renowned magazine Financial Times and national means of informing.

Public call will refer to companies in the public informing and communication as well which are to go private in line with the new Law on public informing.

The Agency for Privatization will not release a public call for companies which hire the disabled and food industry companies since these entities are in line with the Law on privatization, left out from privatization, it was stated in the announcement.
