"Citadel" - privatization councilor of company "Simpo"

The privatization councilor of company "Simpo" from Vranje will be Belgrade-based broker company "Citadel", said the Head of the Administrative Board of "Simpo" Milan Nikolić.

He expects that the privatization process in "Simpo", in which the country has 48% of stocks, will be completed by the end of 2007.

The stocks of "Simpo" on the Belgrade Stock Exchange are currently worth 3,800 RSD. Abrupt rise in the value, 200%, was registered by the stock of this company after the way in which they were traded was changed.

Among the largest owners of stocks of "Simpo" are Hypo-Alpe Adria bank, Austrian Creditanstalt Bank, Stock Company "Poteza" and Stock Company "Takovo".
