Putevi and Koridori Srbije to merge by November 2014

Koridori Srbije will join Putevi Srbije by early November this year, Novosti finds out.

The Ministry of Traffic set up the working group as delegated by the Government of Serbia and so far one meeting has been held and the next one is scheduled for Tuesday. The working group comprises representatives of the ministry of traffic and finance, Koridori, Putevi and the Agency for Business Registers.

As it was delegated from Nemanjina street, in 30 days time, documentation should be prepared and decision on merging should be made. The Government should approve of the decisions of Koridori I Putevi. After that, the Agency for Business registries shall announce decision on merging and calls for trustees if any to appl. In 60 days, situation estimation in both companies should be done as well as audit, property inventory, etc. All creditors and contractors should also state their opinion on merging.

It has not been decided yet whether Koridori will be a separate branch of Putevi with its own account.
