The Supervisory Board of Suboticka mlekara scheduled an outstandingshareholder assembly for August 28 this year and shareholders or theirauthorized representatives who, on August 18, have at least 0,1% of the total numberof shares, have the right to participate.

One of the topics of the assembly is declaring the decision on decrease of the startingcapital through cancellation of own shares. The majority owner of Mlekara Subotica is Imlek which in October last year took over 82,5% shares at the price of RSD 1.499 per share.
