Company "Delta holding", owned by Miroslav Mišković, intends to “quietly” take over some food-processing company in Slovenia, but under the mask of some other company. This news has been published by newspaper "Finance" and it is based of Mišković’s statement given to journalists from Croatia.
The newspaper claims that it could not get any information in "Delta" on the Slovenian company that Mišković is concretely interested in, that is, through which he will try to penetrate the market of Slovenia. "The thing is extremely delicate" is everything “Finance” found out in the headquarters of "Delta holding" in Belgrade. "Delta" used to be interested in the construction of trade centers in Slovenia and in "Fruktal".

The first man of "Fruktal", Toni Balažič, claims, however, that he does not know anything about the interest of "Delta" and that the company is not for sale. "Pivara Laško" did not want to say anything about the new contacts with Mišković, while Igor Bavčar, the Head of "Istrabenz", denied that "Droga- Kolinska" could be that company.
The specialized Ljubljana’s journal that deals with the finance reveals that it is expected that Mišković, together with Croatian colleague Ivica Todorić from "Agrokor", will try to attack the largest Serbian coffee production company "GrandProm", which is in the hands of "Droga-Kolinska". "Finance" brought this conclusion on the basis of the news that "Delta" intends to have its own coffee production factory built in Stara Pazova prior to March 2008.
