New ad for sale of 'Durmitor' Hotel

Bankruptcy administration of the Ski center 'Durmitor' has announced new public call for sale of the same named hotel with land and 13 bungalows on Zabljak Mt., by the starting price of 2,85 million EUR. All interested citizens and companies can deliver their offers by August, 15th, and the same will be open on September, 1st, at 11 am, in the premises of the Ski center 'Durmitor' on Zabljak.

Bankruptcy management has offered the potential buyers 'Durmitor' hotel of 2.370 sqm total area, 36.750 sqm of land, and three types of bungalows.

'Durmitor' hotel has got underground premises of 660 sqm, ground floor with 707 sqm, first and second floor with 694 sqm and attic premises of 313 sqm.

Eight larger bungalows are being offered for sale, with 54 to 61 sqm, then four smaller ones of 36 sqm and one unstandard with 8 sqm.

Bankruptcy administration explains that the future buyer has obligation to take 6 employers of the company for indefinite employment contract.
