Stock of company "Politka" soon on Belgrade's Stock Exchange

The stocks of the newspaper-publishing company "Politika", ten years after the beginning of its ownership transformation, will appear on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, because the GEneral Manager of "Politika", Zoran Vacić, signed the prospectus for trade in stocks.

The value of the company has been estimated to about 50m EUR. Nominal value of the stock is 600 RSD, while the accounting value grew to 647 RSD, due to improved operations and new investments.

The date of the beginning of the trade in stocks has not been determined yet, but it is expected that, after the delivery of prospectus and completion of the check of the documentation on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, it will start next week.
