Mirko Rasic was born on October 16, 1949 in Bosanska Dubica, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture with a diploma in Agrarian Economics.

Mr. Rasic has been managing several companies in the Zepter International system. He is a majority stakeholder in lmpregnacija (Cicevac), Jugometal, Kultura AD (Belgrade), Meteor (Subotica). He currently heads the management boards of Jugosped (Belgrade) and Stotex (Kraljevo) and is the authorized representative of Home Art & Sale Services AG.
